Role overview
The role supports project-site anchorage work across Maharashtra and coordinates technical information between engineering, fabrication and civil teams. The role includes: Support anchorage analysis and tension, shear and combined-force considerations. Develop or coordinate shop drawings and anchor-bolt setting layouts. Coordinate embedment, base-plate and cast-in-place, mechanical or chemical anchor information. Assist site inspection and testing awareness activities. Coordinate anchor-bolt information with fabrication and civil teams. Maintain technical records and remain ready for Maharashtra project-site travel.
Main responsibilities

Qualification and experience
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
0–2 years. Freshers are welcome.
Required skills
Anchorage analysis, drawing interpretation, base-plate coordination, inspection awareness, practical communication and safe site execution discipline.
Other requirements
Understanding of cast-in-place, mechanical and chemical anchors; tension, shear and combined-force considerations; shop drawings, setting layouts and embedment coordination. Maharashtra site travel readiness is required.
