PRIVACY & DATA USE
Clear rules for website, enquiry and recruitment data.
Shri Satiji Infratech & Media Pvt. Ltd. uses website data only for legitimate business purposes such as responding to project enquiries, improving the website, handling career applications and protecting the service. We do not sell submitted enquiry, feedback or recruitment data.
What we collect and where it is stored
| Website visits | When optional analytics is accepted, page path, referrer, campaign tags and a random session-only visitor ID may be recorded. No name, email, phone or resume is required for a page-view event. Stored in the private satiji_website_events database table. |
|---|---|
| Project enquiries | Name, phone, optional email and project requirement details after consent. Stored in the private satiji_leads table. |
| Career applications | Name, contact details, role interest, experience, city, qualification, note and consent. Stored in the private satiji_career_applications table. |
| Resume / CV | Stored separately in the private satiji-career-resumes file bucket. It is not published on the website. Access uses short-lived signed links for authorised operator roles only. |
| Website feedback | Rating, optional comment and page path. Stored in the private satiji_exit_feedback table. |
How access is controlled
- Public website visitors cannot directly read the private CRM tables.
- Row Level Security is enabled on Shri Satiji CRM tables.
- Resume storage is private and restricted by file type and size.
- Internal operator access requires authenticated Supabase access plus an active allowlist role.
- Resume viewing is restricted to operator/admin roles and uses a short-lived signed URL.
- Administrative credentials, service-role keys and deployment secrets are never placed in public website files.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support normal website functions. Optional first-party analytics are off by default until you choose to accept them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising trackers in the current implementation. You can reopen Privacy choices on the website and reject optional analytics later.
Website visit measurement
If you accept optional analytics, we use first-party, session-level events to understand which public pages are visited and which website actions are useful. The visitor identifier is random and session-only in the current implementation. Rejecting optional analytics does not block normal browsing, WhatsApp/project enquiry, careers or feedback functionality. Project contact details are stored only when a visitor intentionally submits an eligible enquiry with consent.
Feedback before leaving
The website may ask for a quick rating when a visitor appears to be leaving. Browsers keep final control over whether a tab or window closes, so a website cannot technically guarantee that every visitor submits feedback before closing. Where supported, the site can show a standard browser leave-warning while feedback is still pending.
Recruitment privacy
Career submissions are used for recruitment and future suitable opportunities. Submission does not guarantee an interview or employment. Candidates should upload only a normal CV/resume and should not include unnecessary identity or financial documents.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only for legitimate enquiry, recruitment, website-improvement, security and record-keeping needs. Records that are no longer reasonably required should be reviewed and removed. To request correction or deletion of submitted personal data, contact [email protected].
Security
We use HTTPS, restrictive browser security headers, server-side validation, private storage, role-based access controls and audit logging. No internet system can promise absolute security, so controls are reviewed and improved as the website evolves.
